Energy control for mission-critical facilities, starting with HVAC

Founded to solve the growing complexity of energy management in critical infrastructure, Vireco delivers HVAC optimization software that forecasts demand and provides supervisory control recommendations for airports and large-scale facilities.

What we're building

Vireco delivers HVAC optimization software today for mission-critical facilities. We forecast demand using flight schedules, weather, occupancy, and energy tariffs to optimize operations and reduce costs within comfort constraints.

We're starting with airport HVAC systems and integrating with existing BMS infrastructure to provide auditable, verifiable recommendations. From this foundation, we're building toward comprehensive energy asset optimization including fault detection and predictive maintenance for central plants, chillers, and boilers, plus coordination of on-site storage, generation, and flexible loads where present.
